Return Policy – Nutsupply.com
At Nutsupply, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can use our return policy under the conditions below.
1. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the products.
For a valid withdrawal, we will refund the full order amount including the original shipping costs. The return shipping costs from your address to Nutsupply are at your own expense, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Exceptions
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened packages;
- Products with a broken seal;
- Products not in their original condition or packaging;
- Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life that may deteriorate quickly.
3. Return conditions
- Products must be unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging.
- The return must be registered within 14 days of receipt.
- The returned goods must reach us within 14 days after registration.
4. How to return
- Email info@nutsupply.com with your order number and (optional) reason for return.
- You will receive return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the products securely, preferably in the original shipping box.
- Include your order number or a copy of the invoice inside the parcel.
- Send the parcel with a carrier of your choice and keep the proof of shipment.
5. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation email. The applicable amount will be refunded within 5 business days via the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
6. Damaged, incorrect or missing items
If you receive a damaged item, an incorrect product or your order is incomplete:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@nutsupply.com.
- Attach clear photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging and the affected product(s).
We will provide a suitable solution as soon as possible, such as replacement or a (partial) refund.
