- 200 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 150 g unsalted butter, softened
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
- Optional: 1 teaspoon cinnamon or zest of ½ lemon
How to Make Walnut Cake
1. Preparation
Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Grease a 24 cm (9-inch) springform pan and lightly dust it with flour.
2. Make the Batter
